George Roese has specialized in the sales and leasing of industrial and office real estate since 1988. He established Roese Enterprises in 1994 and from the very beginning has focused on meeting the unique needs of tenants and buyers in the Southern California real estate market.
Prior to a career in real estate, George entered the business world as a consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Arthur Andersen, one of the "Big Eight" accounting firms at the time. During his tenure with Anderson, George specialized in small business consulting and taxation.
George graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a dual major in Economics/Accounting and Literature. He wrote his graduate thesis on "Taxation for Small Businesses."
George is married with two daughters, and has been a resident in Manhattan Beach, California since 1990. He enjoys snowboarding and is an avid amateur photographer.
